STOCKNO.DE Is Live: Institutional Ownership Research in One Place
STOCKNO.DE is now publicly available, bringing recent Schedule 13 institutional ownership filings, security-level research, institutional position-change context, market-price context, watchlists, and alerts into one focused research experience.
STOCKNO.DE is now open to the public.
The goal is simple: make it easier to answer a question investors often have to piece together from multiple filings and sources — what are major institutions reporting about their ownership of this stock?
At launch, STOCKNO.DE brings recent Schedule 13G and 13D ownership disclosures into a searchable tracker and connects those filings to security-level research pages. Instead of looking at a filing in isolation, the research experience can compare an institution's latest reported position with its own prior filing and show how the latest activity from multiple tracked institutions lines up around the same security.
Current launch features include:
- a live institutional ownership filing tracker;
- dedicated security research pages;
- Institutional Research scoring and cross-institution context;
- reported ownership increases, decreases, new positions, and exits where the filing history supports the comparison;
- filing and observation-date context;
- current and filing-date price context, including 52-week range positioning where available;
- personal watchlists;
- email alert and digest options on eligible plans; and
- Free, Investor, and Pro research access levels for different levels of depth and workflow.
STOCKNO.DE is built around SEC-reported ownership information. A reported position change should not automatically be interpreted as a trade occurring on the filing date or observation date. The site is designed to preserve that distinction while making the underlying ownership changes easier to research.
This public launch follows a private pre-launch development period focused on the filing pipeline, research presentation, security identity, account access, and reliability. Now that STOCKNO.DE is public, future updates will focus on meaningful improvements to research quality, institutional coverage, workflow, and data clarity.
Thank you for checking out STOCKNO.DE.
